We spent last Friday in Abu Dhabi (from Dubai) and filled the day with - coffee at Yas Hotel overlooking the race track (while the triathlon was going on), into Ferrari World when it opened at 12 to avoid the crowds - my daughter is 3 and she had a ball - only rode a couple of rides, but plenty of space to run around, fun noises and interesting things to look at. Then we drove on to the Corniche and walked around for a while, watching the world go by. And finally through Al Bateen to the Grand Mosque for a tour at 5pm - beautiful to see the mosque in daylight and as the sun sets into the dark.
