When I was in the US over eid I had a shellac mani for the first time. Two weeks later and not a chip!!
I tried to search, and now I know all about shellac in Dubai, but...
Who does it here? Glow? Nails? Anyone else? And more importantly, based on your personal experiences, who does it WELL? And what do they charge?
