URGENT HELP PLEASE! Short term accommodation needed any ideas? Sorry long sob story!! :( x
Hello lovely ladies! I hope you can help us. I am staying with my husband and 18 month old son in a borrowed villa (from friends) at the moment. I came on a visitors visa for Christmas in the hope that hubby's paperwork would be sorted and I won't have to leave. He actually received his RP on Christmas Day :) and is currently queuing at immigration to apply for our family visa. We were hoping to have until mid next week to find alternative accommodation, or hopefully his company would have sorted it out by then (the villa owners return on the 3rd).
(Sorry for LONG story!!)...
Well I've really thrown a spanner in the works, I fell down the stairs on Christmas morning and have fractured my foot :'( devastated!!! This is obviously horrendous with a toddler as I just can't look after him, sob! My options are to either fly home to the UK, which would be horrible as I only arrived a week ago! Plus, the flight would be ridiculous for me in this state. Sooo... My mum has offered to come over and help. Hubby will have to be back in work by Sunday so I need her here ASAP. So we need some short term accommodation ASAP, with 2 bedrooms. I've looked at lots of serviced apartments but it will cost an absolute bomb! Does anyone have any suggestions please? I really don't want to go home :( we've no set length of time we would need to rent for, perhaps his company will pull their fingers out for us but I'm doubtful tbh, everything else has taken weeks!
