Advice for young western family moving to Kuwait

Hi Ladies, we are a young family moving to Kuwait in January. We have two kids aged 4 yrs and 4 months. Would love advice on where the best place is to live to meet other families with kiddies and integrate. We have lived in many other locations and are presently in Abu Dhabi. Would love to know what daily life is like and what it's generally like to live in Kuwait. I'm a stay at home mum for now but I also teach yoga, I'm a personal trainer and a health coach so I plan to eventually get back into it. Looking forward to some advice. Thanks!
