another company proposed 20% of the whole salary (excluding transport). is that okay? thx. only you will know. but for sales the fuel allowance must be included, atherwise you will pay your 20% for petrol easily :)

how much % is realistic? Depend on price, range of variety and quality of products. So, basically you should know how much you want to earn, then analyze the amount you can sell per month in average, then calculate the %, which will upgrade your monthly income to desire level.
