Just a question - does the maid know how to empty the bin? Mine didn't - until I showed her and told her approximately how often to do so.
edit ** sorry, misunderstood the post - thought you meant that she didn't know how to empty the vaccuum "bin" not the rubbish bin.

So i just took out the vacuum to clean up the small beach that is my lounge, i wondered why the vacuum wasn't sucking too well....... Whilst cleaning it, i find an old mascarra in there...... Obviously the non-lazy maid couldn't be bothered to empty the bin, just vacuumed it up.... No wonder vacuums only last a year here!!!
