You go to Emirates Sky Cargo Building, level 1 in the Cargo Village.
The Municipality Vet there is open 24 hrs a day (yes really) so go really early or really late. If possible, take animal in car with you in case vet asks to see it. I know they don't need to for what the initial step I have just completed, one hopes they need to see the animal to give a Health Certificate!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
The Health Certificate costs around 100 Dhs apparently, but the vet is not supposed to accept cash, you are supposed to take an e-dirham card, which is available from the Karama and Al Wasl Rd post offices. The day my DH went, the e-dirham machine wasn't working at Al Wasl. Didnt matter the vet took his cash.

I am not sure how to do this, but if I were you, I'd contact DKC and ask them. When I came here, they emailed me a ton of info about how to import, and although they will tell you how to do it yourself (at least they did then) - in the end it was just far too important to get it right, so I had them do the import for me. When we leave, I will have them do the export too. But at least if you contact them, they can point you in the right direction.
Can anyone tell me exactly where I can get this? And do I have to take the pets with me? I have the import permit for Oman, all the passports etc, and as far as I can remember its somewhere in Cargo Village I have to go?
