Hello! My maid just arrived from Sri Lanka and told me her language is Sinhalese. Does anyone know if there is a Sinhalese radio station here? TIA.

The only way I have found is to play it through the Ipod, using one of the world radio apps. Have found nothing on normal radio channels. I dont put it on very often but sometimes if I think she could do with a cheer up I put it on loud for whilst she does the cleaning. Anyway probably not the most helpful reply as I assume she would like to listen to it in her room. I have put sattilite in my helpers room that picks up a couple of Sri Lankan channels. Thanks for your reply. I am pretty sure we don't have an Ipod and unfortunately, there is no TV connection in my maid's room. Oh well, I tried! Perhaps some reading material?
