Hi don't know of any specialised companies. But I use an agency for general cleaning. When I want the oven cleaning I just spray in the oven cleaner a couple of hours before they are due then they do the rest, they get it much much cleaner than I ever could. Worth a try. Company I use is helping hand (25dhs/hr).
I've just moved and inherited a very well used hob and oven which needs a really good deep clean.
I've tried to clean it twice now with the usual oven cleaners from the supermarket but I'm still getting smoke coming out and a stale greasy smell every time I put it on :(
I've used a company in the UK who specialise in deep cleaning cookers and ovens for people when they are selling them or moving house (or just to give them, a good annual once over). They take the door off, clean the seals and all the nooks and crannies etc.
Anybody go any ideas or recommendations for me please ?
