Just wondered if anyone knows, do the staff that work in the Waitrose stores here (I mean everyone, inc the person that sweeps the floor), get the same benefits as staff employed by John Lewis Partnership/Waitrose in the UK?
My MiL insists they do (it's been announced that all UK John Lewis Partnership staff will receive a 18% bonus of their full salary regardless of level/grade). She thinks that all the staff here will get exactly the same.
Due to the set up here, I doubt it personally, but would be interested to know if they do. Would be lovely if the staff here did get the same benefits.
