Be prepared for disappointment is all I will say. It is hard enough to find a qualified and decent Physics teacher in school. We had to put up with a Biology teacher who had done Chemistry to A level standard education for 18 months. In fact my kid took exams and graduated and they still hadn't found a qualifed teacher at her level.
One idea might be to find a top grade student, not sure how you do that but am sure there must be some at DC or JC 6th form.
