On the -- second floor, I believe, but don't quote me on the floor because DH is the one who was there for me, getting a wheelchair a few years back! -- anyway, 'upstairs' there is a section which has a huge range of wheelchairs for hire, including motorised ones. Not sure how expensive they are, but well worth a try.
Failing that, you could call around some of the hospitals and ask where they source their 'chairs.

A friend is coming to Dubai for Easter and needs to hire a powered wheelchair for her daughter who has Cerebral Palsy. Does anyone know who to contact?
