I have,what looks to me like whiteheads on my face,one at the side of my nose is quite large.Does anyone know how to get rid of them or should I go for a facial or something? TIA

If they're the same as mine then you have Milia's. Nothing to worry about. Exfoliating every day helps bring them to the surface of the skin so you can pop them out yourself. It sounds gross but it really isn't. They are like little white balls underneath the skin. If you go to a reputable treatment spa they will do this for you in with the price of a facial. They will exfoliate you first, then use a pin to pop them out. Don't get me wrong, it doesn't tickle but it really isn't bad.
