Hi all,

I've just moved into a villa in Springs 2 - does anyone know if you can increase the water pressure!!! Its totally painful showering in the morning and don't get me started on how long to get the shampoo out of your hair!!!

We had the same problem in Springs 15, had Emril in and they put a water pressure regulator thingy that cost AED 650. Haven't had a problem since.

check to see if the failure red light is lit on pump and if pump keeps going even after water is turned off

We had that issue a while back. I turn the pwoer off and pressed the reset button, then made sure the vavles were well and truly open - bingo.

We're also in a Springs villa. Can you hear the pump start up when you run the water? It should switch on and off intermittently whenever water is being used. Ours is located in the carport, so I'm guessing most other villas would be similar ...

The gardners often would adjust the pressure by the water pump so that they get more pressure to the garden hose- in your carport in the water pump cupboard there are three red handled tap handle things try turning these usually the one on the front right side sorts ours out.

I also have that problem in Springs 15 - spoke to the agent and she said it would improve once I used it regularly - 7 weeks down the line its just as bad. I presume the water pump is the problem and the landlord just didn't want to fix it.
