If you were leaving Dubai which restaurants would you definitely want to go to before you leave?

We are leaving mid year. I have been to many amazing restaurants in Dubai and now that we are leaving am trying to think of which ones I've wanted to go to and haven't yet. I've started a list but would love your suggestions on restaurants that you've been to that you think are a must.
