Not sure about the Glucophage CW - maybe one of the other women can help with that. As for all the stuff for your son, yes, these are all fine to take in to Oz and you can get them over the counter there as well. The main things you need prescriptions for on Aus are antibiotics - no chance of that being handed over like in the UAE. Also they will tend to ask you lots of Q's at the pharmacy if it is any cold medicine stuff with pseudoephedrine in it but once they know you are an ordinary citizen wanting medicine and not a drug maker they are fine. Australia is a very people friendly place! Have fun.

Depends what medicine it is. Normally most prescription stuff with labels etc will be fine and they won't have any issues. They really only question it if it looks illegal, or large quantities. What is Glucophage for? Glucophage is basically metformin, for PCOS. For DS, I need to take the usual drops for Fever,Cold,Cough and Zantac for Reflux

Can I take mine & DS's medicines (already open bottles) to Oz or do they need to have to be supported by a prescription from the doc? And can I get Glucophage in Melbourne over the counter??
