It depends on what kind of internet connection you are using. If you have a cable internet connection, and installed the program before coming to the UAE, it should work fine. If you are using a USB Mobile Broadband connection, it won't work. (Or at least that was my experience.)

It works for us, but depends what type of connection you have on the other side. Ours is rather poor as back home the connection speed it rather slow
