Hi all
Are Teaching Assistant positions advertised anywhere in particular in Doha or is it just a case of calling each school/checking their websites to search for vacancies? Does anyone work as a TA here?
Thanks in advance

If anyone is interested in working a few hours in between the hours of 4-8pm every day (except Friday), look into Oxford Learning Center near Landmark. You make your own schedule on a weekly basis and sit with three kids each hour and help them through their work (English, math, science.. you choose) and correct their mistakes. Pay is generous and it's a fun place to work.

Thanks Picklz - will take a look at their website (or buy the paper later!)...

I don't think that every place bothers with advertising. Many of the TA's at the school where I teach applied for the job because they heard about it from someone else. I would suggest doing some research to find the schools where you would like to work and then sending off your cv to them or popping in with your cv to them.
