Ive just renewed my passport in my married name, now..............where to start in changing everything over here? Should i apply for my new visa first before i head to Muroor to change my car over? Then do i contact my insurance company before i do Muroor or do i not need to tell them? Im soooooooo confused and with a 5 week old baby i havent got the time to be sent from one office to another!
Many Thanks xx

Many Thanks xx i would get a new visa first, your driving licence, id card etc etc will all come off your visa, if you go along and try and change it but they will look at old visa it will only confuse them big time, which sometimes doesnt take much. do your visa and then go and do id card and driving licence, driving licence should be fairly straight forward, and getting your new visa may well tie into your id card anyways. once you have done your visa, and id card and driving licence then do your car rego etc but they will charge you to do this, you will no doubt be charged for a new driving licence, you will no doubt be charged for new id card and of course the visa will cost, your car rego will be charged, any sort of change like if you have a mortgage on it to come off they charge 100 dhs, so it really depends on when everything runs out, your visa and car etc. your driving licence will last for 10 years so thats probably not going to run out soon.
