Ladies, please tell me the name of this area. The buildings on the eastern ring road (extension of salam). They are a group of smiler, blue and orange, medium height buildings with balconies. There is a ministry (or lots of offices) there. Last time i was in the area the parking was on sand.
I don't know if i am making sense.
