https://www.facebook.com/groups/265463033475592/?ref=ts&fref=ts This is the biggest one with around 2000 people on it. You need to ask to join, but shouldn't take long to get up and running Good luck !

Hi! Manazel do lease out properties on behalf of landlords, but as a tenant who tried to lease a villa from them, I wouldn't recommend, they were very inflexible and difficult to deal with. Their are "pink people" on the facebook page, but they don't administrate it in any way, I used to live in Al Reef and seen many an interesting (and not very favourable) discussion about pink property take place - so dont be put off going on there and advertising, Im sure there would be interest. I eventually rented through The Specialists, their office is in Dubai but their agent is on site in Al Reef almost every day, the guy I dealt with was called Georges. Might be worth a try, especially as their office is in Dubai - much easier for you to do the admin.

The Facebook Al Reef group was set up and run by a Pink person, could be wrong ... Try asking the developer to assist you finding a tenant. Alternatively place a free ad on Dubizzle. I know of a few people who have been able to lease their property this way. I will ask some newcomers into AD if they could be interested to lease ;) the developer is not interested, try the facebook page or look in ad week, there are few other names there.

There's a very active Facebook site for Al Reef it's a closed group but just request to join and put your information on there, I am sure you will get a lot of interest as everyone is keen to avoid the agency fees!
