Hi, I just went through this process. We went to Al Maqta Medical Centre. You don't need appointment. They do blood tests for things like HIV, Chlamidya, Etc. Pick up results and certificates after 3 days (both of you need to go to collect). cost us about AED800 for both of us. Hope this helps G
