Doctor recommendation for Breast Reduction operation

Hi all, it's my first time on this site, and though I've been the UAE for a long time, I'm new to Dubai, so I'd appreciate your help.
I'm looking for a specialist doctor to do a breast reduction surgery as it's affecting my back quite badly. I know insurance won't cover it, and I have some savings, but I'd appreciate any help with a recommendation.
