Dubai Property Guide: Discovery Gardens

Discovery Gardens was one of the 'newer' apartment communities to spring up on the edge of Dubai. Discovery Gardens has shown what 'affordable' living is all about in Dubai.

For those working in the Dubai Free Zones, e.g. Dubai Media City, it's an ideal location, just 10-15 mins away. A lot of companies have chosen Discovery Gardens as their location to house their staff and families.

Apartment Buildings at Discovery Gardens
From studios to 2 bed apartments, the buildings are designed in various styles, some in a modern theme, others with a more Asian twist.
 
Access is very good and ample parking makes this a great place to choose.

Community at Discovery Gardens
Outside the buildings are wide open spaces, landscaped gardens and there are planned swimming pools and gym facilities. Shops are a bit slow to open but once the word is out, it will become a self-sustained community all in itself. 
 
Close to Discovery Gardens
A mere 10 mins away is the Ibn Battuta Mall. With a good choice of high street shops, a hypermarket (Geant), fitness centre and cinemas, this is a great place to do your weekend shopping or hide yourself and the family during those hot summer months. It is also just a small ride away from the Dubai Marina area and the beaches.
