Health insurance for HCMC

Hello! I am new to ExpatWoman, I am planning a 9 month stay in HCMC with my husband for a teaching position we've secured. I am looking at global insurances and wondered if anyone has recommendations, or any "watch out for that one!" stories? Blue Cross/Pacific had better rates than Cigna so far, upon comparing just those 2. Thank you for any advice! I need any other tips as well; this is a whole new experience for me.
