A friend has just been offered a job and has been given AED100k for accommodation allowance. Where is the best place to find a studio or 1 bed in a good area which is in a reasonably quiet area of the city within this allowance? They dont want a shared villa apartment, they want their own accommodation. Many thanks for any advice.

There is a new building close to ADNEC (31st and Muroor), the 1-beds are very nice with facilities and are going for 100K, also the apartments coming in Al Reem Island are within that budget.
