Help finding specialist after recurrent miscarriage

Hi,
We are quite new to Abu Dhabi and I would really appreciate some help finding the right doctor for me. I have previously had three miscarriages, one at a late stage. I have had initial investigations in my home country and because of the stress and upset we had ruled out trying to conceive again. We've recently changed our minds and I would like to find a doctor in Abu Dhabi who specialises in recurrent miscarriages/high risk pregnancies for advice before we try. I've tried internet searches and there seem to be so many and as I am new I don't know which are considered the better hospitals. I will be covered by good insurance. Many thanks
