Looking to rent a TYPE A-3 in Al Zeina direct from owner. If you have anything available now or in the near future please let me know.

On another note does anyone know why so many units are sitting empty yet nothing is available to rent?

Thanks in advance. you will find a lot of units will be empty be it apartment blocks or in compounds, companies will have the leases and so they will leave them empty until there is a need to use them etc. local landlords may be the owners and leave them empty in order to get "their" price, many apartment blocks of many hundreds of apartments have been left empty until a price is agreed.

My understanding is that most units in Al Zeina were "bought" by the government to be allocated to the Emiratis, so only a limited number was sold and owned privately. But don't quote me on that though.
