Khubairat & where to live

We just found out that we need to relocate to Abu Dhabi in the next 3 weeks at the latest! Our daughter got a place in Khubairat school, and I have no idea which area would be the best to live in, within an easy reach of the school and the Corniche (where my hubbie works). We need 3bedrooms and the budget is 150k. Please can anyone advise me which areas I should look into.
