Is Dh 1 million a good price for a 2 bedroom villa in Al Waha?
There is one up for sale, and it is a distress sale, and they say OP2.1 million.

Any views?

Thanks Star I was thinking of it as an investment, but now the price does not look so appealing if I will have difficulty renting it out/selling it on. There are cheaper houses for sale at the Springs. hmmm

They rent out from about 55k-65k per year. They don't have a garden, study or maids room. They are more like apartments than villas really from the ones that I've seen. Other people who live in the area would definately know more about them though.
