If it is the one in cosmesurge he is well known . If a dr shiws u pic it might be not his work too . Some drs are a bit vain ( and i think he might be) and diesnt believe in showing any work ,in that i would doubt only .

I mainly had tip work done - no grafts I had my primary done with Dr Diamond and the result was poor - over reduced bridge, under reduced tip, slightly pollybeak, twisted and off center nose, incompletely repaired septum Dr Saab reduced the excess cartilage from the tip supratip and columella, reduced the projection, reduced some of the asymmetry and repaired the septum

I suppose lots of doctors have unhappy patients sometimes, it's only that this reviewer I read about had a dreadful experience and is beyond repair, which really worried me. Do you mind sharing with me what kind of work did you have done?

Hi Lamia I did a revision rhino with Dr Saab just 6 weeks ago. The result is great and so far I am very happy with it. The internal stitches were annoying as **** but the swelling went down so fast - it was almost gone after just 4 weeks. He was also available to talk on whatsapp after the surgery about any issues I had He does lots of rhinos and revision rhinos, I think you are in good hands. I consulted 4 surgeons for revision and decided to go with Dr Saab. I love my new nose

Hi everyone. I'm booked next week with Dr. Gabriel Saab for a revision rhinoplasty. I've been searching the net, and I've found a really bad review of him online that is dated four years ago from a very hopeless and unhappy reviewer; it sounded very scary! I just wanted to see if anyone else has done a procedure with him? I know there is one good review here, but any others? I'm hoping I can find some reassurance ahead of my surgery next week! Any input is very much appreciated, thanks.
