ladies... desperately looking for a 3 bedroom compound villa with shared garden & pool that has lots of kids that my DD can play with!! :)

my budget is super tiny at 125K but crossing my fingers and toes i find a not too pricey old but well maintained compound villa ssssssssssoooonnn

will be homeless by 15th april :(

Friend of mine lives on Al Wasl Road, just before Spinneys Umm Suqeim. The compound is on right handside going towards Spinneys. Big white wall.The villas are 3 beds + maid, very big and have just been refurbished. They are 135,000dhs one cheque or 140,000dhs 2 cheques. If you are interested I ll ask my friend for the agent number.

Have you tried Arenco? There are many small compounds managed by them around the area you are looking for, several just in my one block. We are located between Al Wasl and Jumeirah beach road just down from Spinneys. Several 3 bed compounds with communal area with pool in the middle. Yes, they are old but they have character and the maintenance is superb. Get in touch with Catriona who manages these, sorry do not want to give her number out online but just google Arenco and ask for her. I think there is one coming up on our compound. Cannot guarrantee the rent though but not much more than you are looking for I think if not around that mark. Good luck. <em>edited by noddy on 27/03/2011</em>
