Hi All,

I have just received my cooling fee from my landlord and it comes to 1000dhs per month! I think this is extremely high. I live in Green Lakes Towers in a one bedroom apartment. Can others who live here also give me an idea of what they pay and how they pay it?

sorry still fairly new to Dubai and not sure how the payment of this all happens, I was expecting it on my DEWA bill but apparently it is done separately for Green Lakes Towers.

Hi, I live in Green Lake Towers and cooling fee is included in my annual rent so I do not have to pay it appart. When you rent the flat, did the landlord or the agency tell you about the cooling fee? Because all the flats I visited had the coolong fee included in the rent.
