Just wondering what the added time difference would be for my DH to travel to AD from the Ranches as opposed to where we are in the Marina? Are we talking 10/20/30 mins more???

Depends on traffic, but you're throwing in a couple of extra round abouts which get clogged during rush hours, so I reckon an extra 20/30 mins journey. ???? 30 mins - blimey chocs - which way are you going???? quickest way in the morning (or it was when I used to go that way) is on the Dubai bypass road 611. Following that route brings you out by Jafza so a good 10 mins down szr from the Marina so all in I would say AR would add an extra 5/10 mins on the journey. I've heard though that it can take a while just to get out of the marina - from AR it's pretty easy to get out and you're straight onto either Emirates Road or the 611. Hope that helps your case Meals!
