We are in a 3 bedroom plus maids in Layan, and we are paying 135K...Its a great place to live...I know for a fact that the house next door to us is empty.

Hi, I stay in this area, there are 2 parts (same styles, just one is private rents and one is owned by the developer) Private rents are "Al Waha', and the ones we are in are called 'Layan'. Now there is a website.... but it is never updated, so always says there is nothing, I dont know how much the 3 beds are, we are in a 4 bed and its 136,000AED per year. There is a sales/rent office on my street (Row H), so maybe you are better to drop by one day and ask.

hi all there is a little community of villas behind arabian ranches where most emirates pilots live, what is the name of that complex? Looking at moving out that way and want to search for it on Dubbizle. Alternativly can you tell me how much they usually rent for a 3 plus maids and if there is much available?? Thanks
