Does anyone have this? if so, can you post the ingredients for the sesame snaps. i know the method just can't remember the quantities and i lent my copy to someone. (and i think it's in this book)

No - i tried googling it but it's not the same. Thanks anyway. It literally has sugar, honey and sesame seeds in it. Won't the second recipe I work be similar-just leave out the sunflower seeds oops - didn't see it, posted as you were posting - will try that. Thanks Hope it works-sounds yummy

Think this is the Weekly one INGREDIENTS 2 1/3 cups (250g) sesame seeds 2/3 cups (100g) sunflower seeds 1 1/2 cups (330g) sugar 1/2 cup (160g) honey 2 tablespoons water

Googled this one-is it the same? 50 gms butter quarter cup sugar 250 gms chopped dates 2 cups lightly roasted sesame seeds
