Sadly this happens a lot in a transient place for expats here. Pet owners need to plan ahead, get rabies titre test done now! Even if u only have plans to relocate in years, things could easily change and you will not be in such a situation. Rabies titre test is a one time thing and is valid, unless the dogs' annual rabies vac is lapsed, even by one day. If they have no fosterers for the two dogs, ask them to try Bark and Purr resort in Sharjah. I have heard of people boarding their dogs there for the 6 month wait period. The dogs there are in huge runs, as opposed to kennels, with a dog house (which is cooled in the summer) and Christine there does exports as well. They are very reasonable in pricing. Really like the boarding facility there, my two stay there when we go away
