Not sure if I should go on a plan with DU or if I should buy one out right. I kind of like the flexibility of pre-paid though. Any suggestions much appreciated :)

Norak - if I may ask, how much did he pay for it in the end? You can't do pre-paid plans anymore with iPhones due to the Blackmarket scams going on and if you wanted to take a plan out with either Du or Etisalat and get the phone from them (at a much cheaper price than retailers) you'll have to be patient there too as they apparently don't have any stock :(

I don't own an I-4, but my husband bought an unlocked one at the Al Ain Center (Computer Plaza) in Bur Dubai in December. There is a shop on the second floor (a MAC/Apple shop), and they offer a year warranty which you won't get downstairs with the other small shops that also carry them. My husband is currently out of the country for work and uses it -- says he loves it.
