It was good how they tied a few things in - like the joke about Teeny being in the bathroom and never knowing if she's coming or going (like for 5 years!) and how the son was married to Heather. There were a few loose ends, but not many. Nothing will ever beat the finale of Six Feet Under, though.

yes I agree WM - definitely about the sister-wives :) I had a feeling during that scene in the church that something would happen to Bill, but never would have guessed it would be Carl! Wonder what ever happened to Joey and Wanda?? No idea; last we saw of them was when Joey was down in Mexico with Bill. Suspect Wanda was getting 'help' [ie in a mental institution'> but really, it just felt like they were written out of the plot. Strange. I think the fact that it was Carl was BRILLIANT. Always the one you least expect, eh? And if it had been Alby or someone else from the compound, hmmm, I wouldn't have thought it as effective somehow. ;) PS. Also didn't watch it on the telly. :D
