Hey there,
Hope you are all doing well.
I wonder if any of the member had the experience of not getting birth certificate issue for the interfaith marriage children ?
I am muslim and my husband is Hindu, we have a baby girl 3 months ago and since then we have not been able to get birth certificate for our daughter.
The authority request us for Proof of Parentage and we have gotten the same after 3 times hearing at the court and now they are saying that the Proof of Parentage given by the court is not valid.
I would appreciate any help or insight if any of you have had the same experience.
