Does anyone know where does a pay as you go body pump class? I have a gym in my block so cant justify an expensive gym membership. Need to shift this last 25 pounds of baby weight!

I have started going to Studio Fitness in JBR. The classes are great, good sound system and equipment. They do all the Les Mills classes. You can join and go as many times as you want (there is half off the joining fee for EW) or pay for 10, I think it comes out at less than 50 dhs a class. The girls who run this studio (Jessica and Louise) are brilliant and they can help with some reasonably priced PT as well. See http://www.expatwoman.com/dubai/monthly_Studio_Fitness_5981.aspx

Havent been for a while, but the Hayya ones were AED 45 a session for non members, and they have classes several times a day - the ones at the Lakes club are good for us workers, as they were 6.30/6.45 each evening, plus weekends.

http://www.cobone.com/deals/dubai/fitnessbeat-yoga/940 Thats the deal... Don't know if they're any good though. Have only heard good things about Core Direction, and they have branches in Marina and in Green Community near arabian ranches. Think you have to pay a fee each month and can attend as many classes as you like.

You can pay as you go for Hayya I think. Also Core Direction. www.coredirection.com There was a deal on Cobone for 10 classes at a studio in Tecom for 160AED, and think they had body pump too... its advertised as yoga but you can choose which classes you want.
