Can anyone who has Du/OSN on more than 1 tv help me? We recently moved into our villa and dh's company arranged for Du to come hook up internet/phone/tv for us. We've discovered they connect low speed internet, and he only brought 1 set top box and we have 2 tvs. When dh asked the company guy that handled it about getting them to change out the set top to a recordable one and add a connection, he was told that you had to pay a full service fee for the 2nd tv, not just an addition fee for a second box/line - is this correct? Do you have to pay the full programming fee for each and every tv you have connected? It just doesn't sound right to me (even for Dubai).
