Don't recall seeing a taxi rank but if he is meeting with facilities management to do the snag list then I am sure they will call a taxi for him. Alternatively the security guys can call a taxi for him.

Hi all, my husband arrived in Dubai yesterday...he is in temp accommodation but has the address for our permanent villa in Cedre Villas. He would like to catch a taxi to Cedre Villas today and check out the accommodation. He doesn't have a mobile phone yet so is there a taxi rank or shopping area (where he could use a public phone) in Cedre Villas that he could walk to so he can get back to his apartment?
