Has anyone any experience of claiming compensation after a traffic accident? My case is being ruled on this week and I should be able to collect the papers from the court to go to the other parties' insurance company the week after but then I don't know what steps are next. My car is fixed but I have suffered a neck injury. Any help or guidance would be much appreciated.
