OP said that the company require a court decree stating that they have sole financial responsibility. That would make it a bit more complicated, assuming the company know that the child has a different biological father.
That is what I only can hope for..same treatment.. my husband can sponsor her, it shouldn't be a problem, we can get a NOC letter from the biological father and I will have full custody. It's just that company might deny financing as there is an other "source". I haven't came across anyone who did not have [b'>sole[/b'> financial responsibility as guardian/parent and that is why I worry. But if you say that sponsoring alone works than we might have a chance.. My daughter and I are going to take my husband name which also can help a bit. Thanks for the heads-up! Exactly. There's no reason for them to know what alimony you get, just say that she is under your care when in Dubai as she is your and your husbands dependent therefore you need the benefits.
