sometimes i think that the service id Dubai is so S**t that when we get what most would consider normal service we actually think its fantastic service! i am fed up with dealing with people who are (and sorry if this offends) THICK!
when you find a good thing, stick to it i say
90% of the time - I think the sales ppl in Dubai - don't under the concept of customer service or just don't give a cr@p ... but this weekend i was pleasantly surprised!
And was just curious - are thier other stories of good customer service ?
But first the not so great start to it
I went to Paperlane to purchase a diecut machine ..not look around .... but to actually buy .....when I asked about the machines features .... the sales people told me to" go and look at the internet madam"..... more than once ...no matter how i rephrased the question ....?!?! .... so i finally gave up and asked if they would prefer " I go buy the machine somewhere else ", .... the staff " replied.....ok madam ... then walked away ... to go and have a chat !
And now for the WOW Expierience
I used Caesars - (located on SZ, near Ibis Hotel) to cater my sons Birthday
And they were amazing !
On short notice - they setup , threw in some extra tables and chairs and served hot food (despite it being a very windy day) Before cleaning up and leaving - they packed all the leftover food and drinks then cleaned up and left
And to top it off thier services didnt break the bank !
I would use them again - and recommend them to anyone that wants a quick and easy solution when they need thier catering sorted!
