Has anyone ordered from them? My order has been sent via Royal Mail however I have not received it and it has been over two weeks. Who can I phone here to follow up?

I ordered from them several times and always get my order in less than a week. Have you tried emailing them or check with the post office branch where your post box is located? As the packages are always so small, the post office always put them directly inside my post box. They have such a prompt service, that's why I recommend them here. I really hope you will get your package soon.
