We called for drinks 2 weeks ago and there were only 2 or 3 other people there. it was early (6 o'clock) and the weather wasn't too good so maybe that's why it was so quiet? There is an outdoor area which is okay. We didn't go into the restaurant but looking through the window it looked quite basic. I wouldn't rush back but would love to hear reviews from anyone else, we could have gone on an off day! if you want an outdoor venue for drinks in Tecom I think The Terrace at Media Rotana is much nicer. There are plenty of other nice places on Tecom with vouchers in the entertainer so you could call at The Deck first and see what you think and move on somewhere else if you don't like it.

Its in the tecom area. Go past the rotana media, follow the road past the millenium to the roundabout and then if I am not mistaken its to the left of that roundabout. You can go on their website and they have a map. Also have a happy hour tomorrow night - 6-8pm in their english bar.
