Hey, just checked DNRD website, it seems they have office in Terminal 1 that is open 24 hours http://www.dnrd.ae/Dnrd/Inquiries/DNRD%20Working%20Hours you might call them to double check as well http://www.dnrd.ae/DNRD/Inquiries/Contact%20Us hope this helps <em>edited by dramaqn on 19/03/2011</em>
