It depends on which Emirate your visa is from and the labour laws of that Emirate.

There are no rules for flights, but the norm is once a year. Review will only be looked at at end of contract and you'll be lucky comes to mind.

Hey, I'm a nursery school teacher, new to dubai and not sure about a few clauses in my contract. I hope that you ladies can help me. My employer will only give me one flight over a period of two years, shouldn't i be getting my flight home annually? And should I need have something mentioning an annual performance or renumeration review? Your feedback would be fantastic.
